Who we are?


We are a team of certified Columbia University executive coaches and consultants based in New York and Mexico, with more than 15 years of experience in the corporate world; working in the financial and hospitality industries in Perú, México and United States and in the Fortune Global 500 companies. This helps us with experience, practical knowledge and the ability for accomplishing our goals.

Our experience as business executives, leaders of high impact teams and change agents help us understand first handed the challenges, opportunities and actions needed for growth. This combined with our coaching and strong communication skills allows us to provide differential value to our clients.

Claudia combines an extensive business experience in Perú, México and United States with her coaching abilities to work with executives in developing leadership skills, manage change and build winning teams.

She has more than 17 years of professional experience in the financial industry. Claudia has worked in areas such as Financial Auditing, Strategy, Operations and Corporate Finance leading, motivating and developing teams of 500 people.

Additionally, her experience consolidating operations into a center of excellence and managing change in an effective way while maintaining a team engaged allows her to understand the challenges and opportunities many executives face today.

Claudia holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Accounting from Universidad del Pacifico in Perú, an MBA from Stern School of Business in New York and is a certified executive coach from Columbia University. Also she volunteers in the Finance and Human Capital Committees in the American School Foundation, is a mentor in Mass Challenge, and is co-founder of Motus V2B and Talent on Demand.

Raphaela

Raphaela combines her business and coaching expertise skills to help executives develop and strengthen their leadership skills, navigate through transitions, and build top talented teams. She has more than 17 years of professional experience in marketing, communications and business in Perú and Mexico in the financial and hospitality industry.

Her extended experience includes several leadership jobs in one of the TOP 500 Companies. Raphaela has worked in different areas such as: consumer products, lending business, strategy, and corporate marketing and advertising developing and building high performing teams.

Raphaela holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising and Communications from Universidad de Lima, Perú. She has a marketing certification from Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City and is a certified executive coach form Columbia University. She is co-founder of Motus V2B.

She has marketing teaching experience for luxury brands for the Luxury Lab Institute Mexico in association with Miami Ad School.
